posted by: FIG

Paris was the place to be this last week as the biggest names in fashion attended the five-day Haute Couture Fashion Show. Top models, journalists, and celebrities all gathered to watch as designers presented their spring 2017 collections, and they definitely did not disappoint. The week was jam-packed with over 35 shows, which meant there were so many amazing trends to watch for. From Dior to Chanel, we saw the most incredible outfits on and off the runway and have picked a few of our favorites. Check them out below!

First trend: This week we saw very spring-forward looks being worn in Paris. The light colors, flow of the dresses, and eyelet details gave us a fresh look on fashion and made us excited for this trend to stick.

  1. Aimee Song sported an all Chloe look, showing her style in a mint long-sleeve dress paired with a dark blue bag with gold accents
  2. Elle Fanning styled a light pink Miu Miu dress with silver heels that matched the jeweled details on the mini dress
  3. The details on this all white Atelier Versace dress were stunning. Paired with a white furry jacket, the model looked incredible with the dark lipstick and headpiece to contrast her outfit.
  4. The model wore a beautiful all white Fendi dress that turned heads as she walked down the runway
  5. The model wore a light pink Giambattista Valli mini dress with puffy sleeves for a look that definitely showed high fashion

  2. Model Bella Hadid modeled a striking blue Fendi dress that revealed lace details underneath as she strutted down the runway
  3. Bella Hadid showed off her supermodel figure in a sheer cutout Dior dress that was perfect  for the occasion

  5. The large details in contrast with the sheerness of Giambattista Valli made for a bold but beautiful look
  6. The model is wearing a striking yellow dress from the Schiaparelli Fall 2017 Collection that is paired with sheer white gloves for an elegant look

Third trend: We loved the amount of mini dresses we saw models and stars wearing at the show. The different styles proved that anyone can dress them up or down for this upcoming season.

  1. Olive Culpo’s street style was very on trend when she wore a black mini dress and strappy heels paired with a black clutch to match
